What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?

I started teaching Pilates at Flowcorps because I wanted to be part of a studio that promotes body positivity and becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. 

What is your favorite part of teaching?

My favorite part of teaching is getting to know our clients and helping them make mind and body connections. I love to see everyone grow as they learn the form of different exercises. 

What is your favorite exercise & why?

My favorite exercise is straight arm crunch; I love how many fun variations you can do, and I always feel so strong after this exercise.

What is your teaching style?

My teaching style is challenging but light-hearted. I make my classes tough, but I always spend time on the mic telling stories about anything I struggle with/ anything embarrassing I have ever done in class to remind everyone that while this is challenging it is also supposed to be fun.

What would a typical playlist of yours include?

My playlists usually contain a good mix, but I do love the throwbacks. I play a lot of music from Usher, Beyonce, Nelly, Lil Wayne, Hilary Duff, and Britney Spears.
