We welcome people of all fitness levels and backgrounds to our unique rhythm-based yoga class, where traditional vinyasa flow is coordinated with beat of the music, transforming your practice into a meditative, dance-like experience. Suitable for all levels, flow through sequences that build functional strength, proprioception, and balance, with options for unheated, heated, and hot classes, creating a seamless flow and a immersive experience.

Our steadfast commitment to excellent instruction ensures a safe, functional, and personalized experience. We prioritize client connection, offering hands-on adjustments and expertly sequenced classes. In our classes, the intersection of breath, music, and movement creates the perfect environment for you to get out of your head, into your body, and to find your flow state.
