- Corps45, our signature 45-minute Reformer Pilates class, is built on spring resistance, alignment-focused instruction, and music that drives every single rep.
- CorpsFoundations is available for anyone new to the reformer.
- Hot Mat Pilates is a San Diego specialty — a heated mat session that adds intensity to your practice and is unlike anything else.
- Mat Pilates is also available in a standard format for a full-body, machine-free session.

What Should I Bring to my First Class?
Grip socks are required on the reformer, and are available for purchase at the studio if you don't have a pair. Mats are available for rent, but we encourage bringing your own. Wear something you can move comfortably in, bring water, and show up a few minutes early so we can get you set up.
