About This Location
The American Tobacco District is one of Durham's most vibrant spots, and FlowCorps fits right in. Parking is available in the district lots, and the studio itself is welcoming, bright, and built to make movement feel good.
What Classes are Offered?
- Corps45 is our signature 45-minute reformer class — spring resistance, precise form cues, and a playlist that keeps you moving from start to finish.
- CorpsFoundations is available for anyone just getting started with reformer Pilates.
- Mat Pilates offering both heated and unheated sessions, this is a full-body, machine-free session.
- Mat Strength is strength based work on the mat that's built to challenge, not just tone. Expect resistance, control, and a pace that builds real capability.
- Flow yoga is also offered at Durham, bringing rhythm-based vinyasa into the mix for something a little different from the reformer lineup.
- Discovery Sessions are a free, 30 minute orientation designed to help you feel comfortable before your first class.
Who is FlowCorps Durham For?
Durham is a city full of active, curious people, and this studio was built for all of them. Whether you're a veteran Pilates person who just moved to the Triangle, someone who's been meaning to try reformer for years, or a runner or cyclist looking for something low-impact and high-reward to complement your training — there's a class here for you.

Yes. Discovery Sessions and CorpsFoundations are beginner Pilates class options designed for people who have never been on a reformer or taken a Pilates class before. It covers the basics in a relaxed, low-pressure setting so you feel ready for anything on the schedule.
How do I Start at FlowCorps Durham?
New clients get 3 classes for $45. It's the easiest way to try a few different classes and find your favorites. Book online and the studio team will handle the rest.
What makes FlowCorps different from other Durham Fitness Studios?
The combination of precise, effective instruction and music-driven classes makes FlowCorps a different kind of workout experience. It's not a gym, it's not a traditional Pilates studio. It's somewhere in between, and most people who try it don't want to go back to anything else. Joy is the point. That's the standard, every time you're in the room.
What should I Bring to my First Class?
Grip socks are required on the reformer, and are available for purchase at the studio if you don't have a pair. Mats are available for rent, but we encourage bringing your own. Wear something you can move comfortably in, bring water, and show up a few minutes early so we can get you set up.
