Why FlowCorps?
It’s the workout you’ll actually look forward to.
FlowCorps is Pilates, strength, and cardio built around one thing that changes the way a workout feels: music.
Movement is choreographed to the beat, so you’re not counting reps or watching the clock. The room moves together, the music pulls you through the hard parts, and effort starts to feel a little more like fun.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing. Our instructors coach you through every movement, with hands-on guidance and real-time corrections that meet you where you are.
And the work goes beyond the studio. We train for the things that make life better—building strength, improving how you move, and giving you more capacity for everything you want to do outside of class.
People come for the workout. They keep coming back for how it makes them feel.
New to Pilates? Start here.
You don’t need to know the terminology, understand the equipment, or have any Pilates experience before your first class.
For reformer, CorpsFoundations is our beginner-specific class, designed to teach you the fundamentals from the ground up. Expect intentional pacing, hands-on coaching, and clear instruction through every movement.
Prefer to start on the mat? Mat Pilates is another great place to begin. You’ll work with your own bodyweight, small props, and controlled, intentional movement. Our instructors guide you through every exercise, with modifications built in so you can work at the level that feels right for your body.
Looking for more of a strength-focused workout? Mat Strength combines controlled movement with heavier weights and resistance to build strength and endurance. You’ll learn proper form, how to use the equipment, and how to challenge yourself safely as you build strength.
Many of our clients started at FlowCorps having never done Pilates before. As you take more classes, the movements become more familiar, your strength builds, and you start to notice the difference in how you move and feel.
Come as you are. We’ll teach you the rest.
While you aren't able to book classes quite yet, you should explore our different class types and offerings:
- Corps45 is our signature reformer class — music-driven, full-body, and built for every fitness level.
- Mat Pilates brings the FlowCorps experience to the mat, blending classical Pilates with functional movement.
- Mat Strength is strength-focused mat work built on resistance, progressive programming, and the precision of classical and modern Pilates.
Every format is taught by instructors who meet you where you are. The only thing you need to walk through our doors is curiosity. Everything else we'll figure out together.
What Should I Bring to My Pilates Class?
Wear clothes you’re comfortable working out in and possibly a water bottle.
Sticky socks are required for ALL Reformer classes. If you don’t have sticky socks, we have socks for purchase in studio.
If you are taking Mat Pilates or Mat Strength, bring your mat. If you don’t have a mat, we have mats for rent in studio. For Mat Strength, shoes are encouraged. If you prefer not to wear shoes, grip socks are required.
There are designated areas to place your belongings (bags, cell phones, shoes etc.)
