Our Class Formats
Corps45
Our signature class at FlowCORPS is held on the XFormer, a Pilates reformer designed to help you reach muscle fatigue + controlled muscle failure in order for them to grow back stronger + longer. In 45 minutes you’ll get a full-body workout, with special attention given to core activation, neutral alignment, + posterior chain recruitment. This class is designed to target the entire body, while focusing on muscle groups that are often inhibited yet absolutely critical to a healthy + strong body.
TreadX
TreadX is an opportunity to experience how the strength training done on the XFormer makes for more powerful + efficient movement off the machine. The focus on posterior chain (think the backline of the body - ie Glutes, hamstrings, calves) and core recruitment are central to optimal running and walking alignment. This way, all movement of the lower body originates from a strong core + is generated by powerful muscle activation.
Flow
Experience our unique rhythm-based yoga class where traditional vinyasa flow meets the beat of the music. This class transforms your yoga practice into a dance-like experience, synchronizing each movement with the rhythm, creating a harmonious blend of body and sound. You will flow through sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance, using body weight movements to enhance your practice.
