Our process for hiring instructors starts with an audition. Upon a successful audition/interview, we will invite you into instructor training. We don't charge for training, however, do require a $500 fully refundable deposit, once invited into training, to hold your spot. This is returned once you complete the training program, make it through our paid apprentice program, are invited onto the official schedule and have taught for three months. Our training starts with an intensive training weekend, which kicks off an 8-week training program. We do ask for a full commitment to these dates and that you are able to meet the following requirements: 

• Audition
• Commitment to our instructor training program and successful completion
• Commitment to our paid apprentice program following training program
• Commitment to FlowCorps continuing education 
• Ability to lead a minimum of 4 classes per week
• Own a weekend class
• Own/Sub a 6am class
• Teach at least one of the major holidays each year
• If applying for Mat Pilates - Ability to teach in a heated room
• Offer hands-on-adjustments while teaching
