WAITLISTS
-
Yes! Clients are encouraged to add themselves to waitlists. If you add yourself to a waitlist you’re likely to get a spot! Continue to check your email and booking app for a class confirmation and to check your spot in class.
Corps + Tread classes: Waitlisted clients will automatically move from the waitlist to the class roster up until 8 hours before the start of the given class time. This autofill will continue for the two hours following our 10-hour late cancel deadline. If you are moved into class during this 2-hour widow, you will not be able to cancel your reservation without penalty. Please manage your waitlist reservations as you do your class reservations. If you no longer wish to be moved into class, please cancel yourself off the waitlist.
Ex. The cancelation deadline for a 5pm class is 7am. Any cancelations after 7am will result in a penalty. Waitlisted clients will be automatically added to the class roster as spaces become available until 9am. Anyone added between 7am and 9am will not be able to cancel without penalty.
8 hours leading up to class - the waitlist locks (spaces are NOT automatically assigned). As spots open up, they will be available for booking on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can reserve these spaces through our app or website.
You will not be able to add yourself to a waitlist within 8 hours of the start of class.
If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens for a class beginning in less than 8 hours, please cancel yourself from the waitlist and then reserve a spot in class.
If you look at your upcoming reservations, under your reservations it will say waitlisted and which number you are on the list. If you’ve been added from the waitlist your reservation and spot assignment will show as a regular reservation.
IMPORTANT: By putting yourself on the waitlist, you acknowledge that you will be able to take the class if you get in. If you do not want the spot, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist 10 hours in advance from the start time of class. Canceling a waitlisted class less than 10 hours in advance counts as a late cancellation and clients who do so will be penalized accordingly.
Clients are responsible for all reservations, including those generated from a waitlist. If you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
Yoga classes: The waitlist autofills until 4 hours before class begins. This waitlist cutoff is directly tied to the 4 hour late cancellation window. If you do not wish to take class, remove yourself from the waitlist before the 4 hour late cancellation window, to avoid any penalties
-
Our Corps + Tread waitlists freeze 8 hours before class starts. Our Yoga waitlists freeze 4 hours before cIass start. If you didn’t automatically get added by then, you may remove yourself from the waitlist to free up your credit for use immediately. If you don’t remove yourself from the waitlist your credit will be automatically issued back to you an hour after class time for you to use later.
If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens for a class beginning in less than 8 hours (for Corps) and 4 hours (for Yoga), please remove yourself from the waitlist first and then reserve a spot in class.
-
Corps + Tread classes: Any unoccupied machines will be released by the instructor 5 minutes after class time. If you are present and waiting for a space the spot is yours!
*Any spot taken over by a waitlisted client is considered forfeited by the previous client at which point the studio doors will be locked.
