Please email support@flowcorps.com for assistance with membership upgrades and downgrades.

Commitment based memberships cannot be cancelled or downgraded during the commitment period.

 

Membership freezes

Complete this form for any membership freeze requests.

FlowCorps offers complimentary membership freezes. Membership freezes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the requested freeze start date. Freezes can be requested for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 2 months.

A member of our support team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm details of your requested freeze.

Membership cancellations

Submit this form for any membership cancellations.

All recurring memberships require 30 days advance cancellation notice before your next billing date.

Commitment based memberships of 3 months, 6 months or 1 year, cannot be cancelled or downgraded during the selected commitment period.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Once the commitment period has been met, the membership will roll into a month-to-month membership, at the grandfathered reduced membership price.

Commitment memberships require 30 days advance notice of cancellation to the form provided, before your next billing date.
