What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
I have done machine based Pilates for years. Before finding FlowCorps, I loved machine based pilates for the lengthening and strengthening aspects of the workout. Once I found FlowCorps, I loved how welcomed I felt and how challenged I was by every workout in ways I had never felt before.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
My favorite part of teaching is connecting with everyone that comes into our studios and helping people escape their everyday, even if it is just 45 minutes
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Back Carriage Lunge. I love the control of a slow lunge, in combination with the full resistance of the springs to force me to slow down, tap into my body, and utilize my entire posterior chain
What is your teaching style?
A mix of challenging and motivational, with a sprinkle of humor. I love to work hard and have fun doing it and that is the type of class experience I want to create and share with others
What would a typical playlist of yours include?
A little Pitbull Gives Me Everything. Ed Sheeran can make me Shiver. And you’ll always catch me Dancing on My Own with some Robyn
