FlowCorps is opening its first Charleston studio, and we're hiring a Studio Manager to lead it.

About the position:

You'll own the opening: staffing, systems, culture, and the member experience from day one. You'll build and develop a high-performing instructor team, drive membership growth, and serve as the operational hub of a studio that people genuinely look forward to returning to.

FlowCorps is growing across multiple markets. The person who opens Charleston has a direct line to the COO, real visibility inside the company, and a path that grows with the brand.

We're looking for someone who has led teams, driven results, and cares about the quality of their work. A boutique fitness experience is a plus. A track record of building something good is what we're actually after.
