We're excited to learn more about you. At FlowCorps, our instructors do more than lead workouts, they create experiences, build community, and inspire people to become stronger in every aspect of their lives.

Our instructor hiring process is intentionally selective and designed to set every instructor up for long-term success.

What to Expect

Our hiring process begins with an audition and interview. Candidates who successfully complete this stage will be invited to participate in our Instructor Training Program.

To reserve your place in training, we require a fully refundable $500 deposit. There is no cost for the training program itself—the deposit simply secures your spot and demonstrates your commitment to the process.

Your deposit is fully refunded after you:

• Successfully complete Instructor Training
• Successfully complete our paid Apprentice Program
• Are invited to join the official teaching schedule
• Teach with FlowCorps for three months

Training Commitment

Training begins with an intensive weekend that launches an immersive 8-week program. We ask all participants to fully commit to the entire training experience and be prepared to meet the following expectations:

• Successfully complete your audition and interview
• Complete the Instructor Training Program
• Complete the paid Apprentice Program
• Participate in ongoing FlowCorps continuing education
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week
• Commit to owning at least one weekend class
• Be available to own or substitute a 6:00 a.m. class
• Teach at least one major holiday each year
• For Mat Pilates applicants: be comfortable teaching in a heated studio
• Provide safe, appropriate hands-on adjustments during class
