What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?

I had been teaching dance and barre classes, and really enjoyed taking pilates classes. I was looking to expand my knowledge and get certified in pilates when I found FlowCorps. The concept aligned exactly with what I was looking for.

What is your favorite part of teaching?

Connecting with clients and seeing them connect to the movements and the music.

What is your favorite exercise & why?

Side Lying Leg Press! It is incredibly effective while being easy on the spine. It is less about balancing and more about core stability and strength. Love the feeling of a heavy press!

What is your teaching style?

Fun, energetic, challenging and most importantly making clients feel seen, acknowledged, safe, and successful.

What would a typical playlist of yours include?

A variety of EDM remixes and anything that allows you the feel and move to the music.
