What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
Functional fitness is incredibly important when training for any athletic endeavor you choose to pursue, hence me choosing to start taking, and eventually teaching, classes at FlowCorps!
What is your favorite part of teaching?
I love being able to use my creative side outside of my day to day job! Blending choreo with my favorite music is such a dance in and of itself.
What is your favorite exercise & why?
I love high plank pike crunches (idk if this is the official name). Nearly a full body workout and I’m usually sweating my the end of it, as are those in my class.
What is your teaching style?
I try to lean on curating classes that bring the working muscle groups to fatigue. I remember taking my first series of Pilates classes and getting to the point of shaking, and that was when I really knew I was growing.
What would a typical playlist of yours include?
I like a wide variety of music, but tend to incorporate EDM remixes and house music into my playlists, partially due to my cycling background.
