What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
Growing up as a competitive dancer, I've always had a passion for fitness. A few years ago, I took my first Pilates class and fell in love with this form of exercise. Its high intensity and low impact nature left me feeling refreshed and energized after every session. After discovering FlowCorps and experiencing my first class, I was instantly hooked. The blend of musicality and excellent instructors deepened my appreciation for Pilates even more. Joining FlowCorps felt like joining a family, and every moment since has been incredibly fulfilling.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
My favorite part of teaching is witnessing people discover the same love and enjoyment for Pilates that I have found through this wonderful practice.
What is your favorite exercise & why?
My favorite exercise is the Side Lying Leg Press! As a bit of a lazy girl at heart, lying on the carriage and still getting a great glute workout feels like the perfect combination for me.
What is your teaching style?
I would describe my teaching style as a blend of spiciness and sweetness. During class, you'll find moments that challenge you, interspersed with laughter as I stumble over words and sprinkle in references to pop culture.
What would a typical playlist of yours include?
I'm a basic girl at heart when it comes to music. My playlists often feature 2010s pop hits, Taylor Swift, and occasionally some indie or rock artists that might introduce you to new sounds.
