Meet Jen
What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
I started taking reformer pilates classes a couple years ago and have loved the results and the way it's made me feel. When I moved to Raleigh in 2021 and found FlowCorps - I fell in love with the vibe and culture of the studio. I signed up for teacher training to enhance my knowledge of the exercise and have grown a deeper appreciation for the workout ever since!
What is your favorite part of teaching?
I love being able to witness the progress of clients over time. It is so inspiring to see folks get stronger and more confident!
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Plank to Pike - it's great to add intensity to the move by slowing down. This is such a great exercise for targeting your deep pelvic floor.
What is your teaching style?
My goal is to design a workout that pushes clients to their limits while keeping sessions fun and engaging.
