Meet Kaelynn
What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
Kaelynn started teaching at FlowCorps after years of taking group fitness classes and playing soccer. She enjoyed the cardio aspect mixed with lean muscle strengthening that Pilates offers. Being social she loved the group fitness community and knew she wanted to be more than just a participant. Kaelynn started out doing the Work for Trade program and progressed to teaching after discovering she had a passion for encouraging and coaching members to be their strongest selves.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
Kaelynn’s favorite part of teaching are the members. Most of whom she considers friends. Ohh and a themed playlist.
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Straight Arm Crunch. There are so many variations and it can truly work your legs and arms at the same time as your core.
What is your teaching style?
Slow controlled movements focusing on the full body. No class is ever the same. Kaelynn’s motto is “you can do hard things, that is where some of the most beautiful growth happens.” You will be uplifted and encouraged throughout class and modifications are always offered.
What would a typical playlist of yours include?
Playlists change each week. It could range from T Swift to Drake with everything in between. She is known to battle exs Britney vs Justin or Justin vs Selena.
