What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
I'm really passionate about people feeling strong - especially women. Because we are. The minute I took a Flowcorps class, I thought, "whoa this is a whole new world of strength," and I had to be a part of it.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
I truly get so proud of my clients. I love watching y'all progress week over week and get stronger by pushing yourselves in class. I swear, once a class I say, "I have goosebumps. I'm so proud of y'all."
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Side lying leg sweeps. You get a little lay down break, but we can sit in them for a five min J. Cole song and realllllly get some work done.
What is your teaching style?
High energy and encouraging in a way where you have to get two inches lower in lunge 😉. I want you to leave the class knowing you started the day with something hard, and you can take on alllll the hard things all day.
