Meet Kathryn

What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?

I’m a former competitive swimmer, so I love how FlowCorps is still high intensity but is easier on my body. I’m also currently working on my Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics at UNC and hoping to become a sports dietitian after I finish my program. I’m passionate about how exercise and nutrition can work together for a healthy lifestyle, and I hope to show people that through teaching at FlowCorps!

What is your favorite part of teaching?

I love creating my playlists (especially ones with a theme)!

What is your favorite exercise & why?

I love cobra because I feel so strong when I’m doing it!

What is your teaching style?

My teaching style is chill but still fun and energizing. I want to create a space where clients can let go of any stress and just enjoy the music and the chance to move their body!

What would a typical playlist of yours include?

I’m a huge fan of Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Doja Cat, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber… the list goes on. But I love variety so I try to include a little something for everyone!
