Meet Kyle
Kyle found his way to leading others in movement by way of the stage. From his past life in the performing arts, Kyle found a lifelong zeal for expressing himself through voice and movement.
Upon entering the High School Theater Department at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Kyle discovered his passion for fitness through a daily practice of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Pilates, yoga and dance which he continued during his further training at the California Institute of the Arts. He is honored to add XFormer Pilates to the list of modalities taught during his 15+ years instructing beat-driven cycling, strength training and yoga.
Outside of the studio, Kyle's passions include travel, photography, good food, equality, taking extravagant baths + the 3 R’s…rest, relaxation + RuPaul. It is Kyle's mission to deliver a high-energy, passionate + positive vibe to every client that walks into his class space. You bring the determination and he will bring the sass, panache and laughs.
