What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
FlowCorps has been the only consistent form of exercise I have been able to stick with over the years.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
I find great purpose and gratitude in sharing that same experience for others so we can all live our optimal healthiest life.
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Lateral lunge. There is so much power, endurance, and stability needed for a lateral lunge.. although it’s taught as a leg movement, I feel as if your entire body is needed to move smoothly through the movement. I like that every movement you do requires your mental strength to convince yourself you can complete the workout and get yourself back to the top.
What is your teaching style?
Lots of encouraging you to talk to your inner self and tell yourself it is 45 minutes, you can 100% get through it. I hit on a lot of kinetic touch points so clients are making the mind to muscle connection and can be educated on how the body is moving, in every day terms.
What would a typical playlist of yours include?
Chris Brown, Tory Lanez, John Summit, Lithe, Chase Atlantic, and Justin Timberlake.
