Meet Sarah

What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?

After growing up competitively dancing, I searched for new avenues of movement when I graduated college. flowCORPS has allowed me to maintain flexibility, gain strength, and embrace all the shakes.

What is your favorite part of teaching?

I love forming connections with clients who walk in the door and seeing them challenge themselves and grow stronger with every class they take.

What is your favorite exercise & why?

I love teaching a side-lying leg press. This exercise allows for a progressive overload which keeps the movement challenging no matter how many classes a client has taken. It also provides for changes in the tempo of the movement and power rounds which brings energy to the class.

What is your teaching style?

I would describe my teaching style as challenging, but attainable.  I always remind my clients that I am just a suggestion and that they can take whatever challenge they need to feel successful when they walk out the door.

What would a typical playlist of yours include?

Alex's playlists include a little bit of everything; early 2000's, R&B, alternative, and pop. Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, and Megan Thee Stallion are always in the mix.
