What made you start teaching fitness/at FlowCorps?
I started as a client at FlowCorps, and fell in love with the changes I felt in my body. The instructors were knowledgeable, kind, and programmed great workouts.
What is your favorite part of teaching?
Seeing a new client progress, get stronger, and leave class feeling like they accomplished something. Classes are like a 45 minute workout at a great concert, what’s not to love!?
What is your favorite exercise & why?
Front Carriage Lunge—it challenges your stability and control and buuuuurrrnnnssssss.
What is your teaching style?
My goal is to challenge and inform—I cue clients on correct alignment before and while we move and explain what muscles we are working and why. Between that and moving with the music, I think my classes are “sneaky hard.”
