Our studio is conveniently located in Raleigh near the Crabtree Valley Mall and is accessible by taking the second exit at the roundabout. We're located on the bottom floor underneath the apartments and to the right of Ladyfingers.
If you're visiting us for the first time and have trouble finding us, don't hesitate to send us a text.
Where to Park
There is parking directly in front of the studio, along Exchange Place, and in two multi-level parking garages located directly across the roundabout next to Iron Oaks and Regions Band. We recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit so you can arrive relaxed and ready for class.
When to Arrive
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class.
This gives you time to meet your instructor, answer any questions, and help you get familiar with the equipment before class begins. If another class is still in session when you arrive, come on it and make yourself comfortable while you wait. We'll be ready for you as soon as the previous class wraps up. We're excited to have you in the space.

Which FlowCorps Classes Should I Try?
If you've never tried reformer Pilates before, start with CorpsFoundations. If you have some experience jump into Corps45. Prefer mat-based work or yoga? We've got you covered there, too.

CorpsFoundations introduces the reformer, teaches foundation movement patterns, and helps you build confidence before progressing into more advanced classes. You'll learn proper setup, form, technique while getting comfortable with the equipment in a supportive environment.
- Corps45: Our signature reformer Pilates class designed to strengthen your entire body through controlled movement, spring resistance, and intentional sequencing. You'll build core strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and develop full-body endurance in a supportive and energizing environment. Whether you're brand new to reformer Pilates or have years of experience, our instructors provide guidance and modifications to help you get the most out of every class.
- TreadX: Combine interval training on the Woodway treadmills with strength work on the reformer. This class creates a high-energy workout that improves endurance, power, and overall fitness.
- Mat Pilates: One of the most searched-for Mat Pilates classes near Raleigh, and for good reason. A dynamic, low-impact full-body workout using bodyweight, light weights, and props. Available in both unheated and infrared-heated formats. Approachable for beginners, challenging enough to grow with.
- Mat Strength: Blend functional strength training with the principles of Pilates to help you build muscle, stability, and endurance.

Why Should I Try Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is one of the most effective low-impact workouts, and it's made for everyone. Using spring-based resistance and a sliding carriage, the reformer supports your body through a full range of motion, making it easier on your joints while still challenging your muscles in all the right ways. You'll build core strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and develop full-body endurance, all without the pounding of a traditional gym workout. It's why so many people come in as total beginners and never look back.
