What FlowCorps Classes at Offered in Durham?
If you’re wondering which class to try, here are a few recommendations:
- CorpsFoundations is a class for pilates beginners. It introduces the reformer, teaches key movements, and helps you build confidence before progressing into Corps45.
- Corps45 is our signature 45-minute full-body reformer workout — strength, mobility, core, and endurance, all set to music that actually makes you want to move.
- Mat Pilates is a great option if you're looking for a low-impact workout that builds core strength, stability, and body awareness. Expect rhythmic movement patterns, intentional sequencing, and the use of light weights and small props to create a challenging yet accessible full-body workout.
- Mat Strength is a great place to begin if you’re looking for a strength-building workout without the reformer. You’ll build foundational strength using heavier props while improving stability, endurance, and overall body awareness. Many of our Mat Pilates and Yoga classes are practiced with infrared heat, which increases circulation, improves flexibility, and supports muscle recovery. If you’re new to heated classes, don’t worry, we also offer non-heated options and encourage you to move at a pace that feels right for your body.
- Flow60 offers you the experience of our beat-driven yoga practice.
- Restorative Flow60 focuses on gentle movement, stretching, and nervous system recovery.
Many clients find that their first few classes are the perfect time to explore a variety of classes and discover what feels best for their body and goals. No matter where you start, our instructors are here to guide you, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable from day one.
Our Durham studio offers a variety of classes designed to meet you wherever you are in your movement journey.

Our instructors are here to support you every step of the way.
