Where Do I Park?

There is ample parking available throughout Village Plaza. You can park directly in front of the shopping center, along the side of Berkshire Chapel Hill, in front of Salon Lofts, or behind the building. We recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit so you can arrive to class feeling relaxed.

When Should I Arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class.
This give you time to meet your instructor, answer any questions, and help you get familiar with the equipment before class begins. If another class is still in session when you arrive, come on in and make yourself comfortable while you wait. We'll be ready for you as soon as the previous class wraps us. We're excited to have you in the space.

What Should I Bring?

Getting ready for your first class? We've put together a few helpful details so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Just bring:

  • Grip socks. These are required for class and available for purchase in the studio starting at $16 per pair, if you do not have a pair.
  • A water bottle
  • Comfortable workout clothes you can move in
  • Running shoes if you're taking a TreadX class

Studio Amenities

To help make your visit as comfortable as possible, we offer:

  • Storage areas for your belongings
  • Drinking fountains
  • Shower facilities

FlowCorps is a phone-free studio experience. We encourage you to disconnect from distractions and be fully present during your workout. To help create the best experience for everyone in the room, we ask that phones remain stored away while class is in session.

We are also a cash-free business and accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

What If I've Never Done Reformer Pilates?

You don't need any experience to take a reformer pilates class at FlowCorps. Many of our clients walk through the doors for the first time with little or no experience and leave with the confidence to tackle any class on the schedule.

Which FlowCorps Class is Best for Me?

Here's a quick guide to the classes we offer and who they're for:

  • CorpsFoundationsIf you're brand new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this is the perfect place to start. This beginner-friendly class introduces the reformer, teaches foundation movement patterns, and helps you build confidence before progressing into more advanced classes.
  • Corps45: This is our signature full-body reformer Pilates workout that combines strength, endurance, mobility, and core training. Expect intentional movement patterns, energizing music, and a challenging yet accessible class that leaves you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
  • TreadX: Our high-energy interval class that combines the reformer and Woodway treadmills for the ultimate strength and cardio experience. You'll alternate between treadmill intervals and reformer-based exercises to build endurance, increase power, and improve overall fitness in a fun, motivating environment. If you've never used a Woodway treadmill before, don't worry. Your instructor will guide you through everything.
